On April 1st, our company proudly launched a new series of Wine Pairing Dinners at one of the most atmospheric rooftop destinations in Nicosia, Nobilius by the Stars, located at the top of the Gate22 Hotel in the heart of the city.
The evening offered a unique gastronomic experience where creativity and refined aesthetics met the art of wine pairing. The menu was curated by Chef Ravajol–Jorgo Hasani, who presented dishes defined by balance, finesse, and depth of flavor.
The harmony between the dishes and a selection of premium wine labels represented by our company was carefully curated and presented by distinguished oenologist Marinos Demetriou from Novinophobia wine cellar in Limassol, offering guests a complete journey of taste and wine knowledge.
The menu concluded beautifully with a dessert that paired flawlessly with Kavka Orchard, leaving an elegant and perfectly balanced finish.
The evening unfolded wonderfully under the lights of central Nicosia, while the gentle rain created a uniquely cinematic atmosphere. Guests enjoyed every moment in a setting that combined fine gastronomy, exceptional wines, and warm hospitality.
