The MATIS Classic is a traditional ouzo from Mytilene, produced for over 165 years following the same family recipe. It combines select aniseed from Lisvori with carefully chosen aromatic herbs and is slowly distilled in copper stills. The result is a refined, well-balanced spirit with rich aromas and an authentic character that reflects the art of Mytilene distillation.
MATIS Premium
The MATIS Premium is an authentic 100% distilled ouzo from Mytilene, slowly crafted in copper stills and bottled at 42% ABV. Enhanced with a delicate touch of pure Greek honey, it offers a more natural and rounded profile, with smooth texture and an elegant finish that highlights the exceptional quality of its ingredients.
