THE MYTH OF CEPHEUS: Cepheus was the king of Ancient Arcadia. He had twenty sons and two daughters, Antinoe and Asterope.

A limited edition monovarietal Merlot wine Smooth tannins and balanced acidity. A well-structured wine with a long-lasting aftertaste. Harvested only when the taste of the grape seed develops nutty flavors.

100% Merlot
Pre fermentation cold extraction for 5 days. Long skin contact for 25 days. Malolactic fermentation.
In contact with its fine lees for 2 months and aged in French oak barrels for 15 months. Unfiltered

Aroma: Intense aromas of ripe red and black fruits, with a delicate presence of vanilla and smoky hints.
