Drinkforlife Trading Ltd, in collaboration with Corner Mill in the picturesque village of Kakopetria, hosted an unforgettable wine tasting evening on Saturday, July 12, 2025, offering guests a refined summer experience in the peaceful setting of the Troodos mountains.
Surrounded by nature and the charm of the village, guests had the opportunity to explore a curated selection of five wines from Greece, Spain, and Cyprus, each bringing its own story and character to the glass:
- Mavrioros (Malagouzia) – Ktima Kissa, Peloponnese, Greece
- Finca Vinoa (Treixadura, Albariño, Godello, Loureira) – Pazo Casanova, Spain
- Moschofleur (Moschofilero Rosé) – Ktima Panagopoulos, Mantineia, Greece

- Xenofontos Red (Cabernet Sauvignon, Mavro, Maratheftiko) – Xenofontos Methynaios, Kyperounta, Cyprus
- Sampanitsa (Merlot, Syrah, Xinomavro) – Semi-sweet red, Ktima Kelesidis, Naoussa, Greece
With summer aromas in every glass, attendees explored new flavors and wine styles, each one showcasing the diversity of its region and variety.
The evening concluded with a fun, interactive blind tasting game, where guests were invited to swirl, smell, sip, and guess the identity of each wine. Winners were selected by draw and received a bottle of their favorite wine.
