Barrica Bourbon is part of Mahou’s Barrica range, a family of specialities dedicated to those who know how to appreciate beer culture, who enjoy trying novelties, broadening their horizons and breaking the rules discovering a world rich in nuances and great flavours.

Hops- Bitter hops delivers a soft and faint bitterness, characteristic of the Mahou range.
Malt- Use of Pilsner malt, slightly toasted, together with a lesser amount of medium-toasted malt, to lend the golden colour, caramel aromas and sweet taste.
Water- As that in Madrid, with a level of mineral salts optimised to extract and enhance the aromas and flavours of all the ingredients.
Yeast- Low-fermenting lager yeast is responsible for the production of alcohol and the aromas of mature fruit.
- Taste
- Complex liquid, rich in harmony. It offers a trace of alcoholic fragrance. Well balanced and full bodied in palate with moderate bitterness and a hint of sweetness. Dry after-taste.
Predominant coconut and vanilla aromas from the wood. Accompanied by intense notes of caramel, malt and toasted grains as well as a complement of mature fruit and pear. - Appearance
