YeastLow-fermenting lager yeast is responsible for the production of alcohol and the aromas of mature fruit.
Taste
Complex liquid, rich in harmony. It offers a trace of alcoholic fragrance. Well balanced and full bodied in palate with moderate bitterness and a hint of sweetness. Dry after-taste.
Predominant coconut and vanilla aromas from the wood. Accompanied by intense notes of caramel, malt and toasted grains as well as a complement of amture fruit and pear.
